PRINCIPLES OF THE LAGREE METHOD
Understand the science-driven Lagree "live method" and what sets it a part from Pilates and traditional reformer Pilates, including proper form, tempo, and sequencing.
THE BEST GROUP CLASS TRAINING TECHNIQUES
Learn the best coaching, cuing, and group fitness training techniques for creating exceptional class experiences.
MECHANICS OF THE MEGAFORMER
Master the Mega Pro Megaformer, engineered to strengthen, tighten, and tone effectively without excess stress on joints while supporting proper alignment.
ACCESS LEVEL 2 & LEVEL 3 CERTIFICATION
Become a certified Level 1 Lagree Trainer as a pre-requisite for Level 2 and Level 3 Lagree Certification, with ongoing mentorship from Master Trainer, Emily Lau.

- Designed for those with a passion for fitness & wellness, creating exceptional fitness class experiences, and continuous learning to take your teaching abilities to the next level
- Students will have access to take ten (10) classes at Reformd (included in program cost)

Includes intensive, multi-day in-house Lagree certification program with Master Trainer
THE CURRICULUM
- The history, evolution, and science behind the Lagree Fitness Method
- The 'Magic 10' core principles of Lagree
- Machine safety and mechanics
- Foundational Lagree exercises, including progressions and modifications for pre-natal, injuries, and beginners.
- Applied Lagree anatomy with hands-on coaching skills
- Delivering confident, clear, and effective verbal cueing and instructions
- How to design well-balanced, methodical, and results-driven class programming
