BFA in Dance, Master Pilates Teacher Trainer, Pilates certifications in Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Barrel and Therapeutic Pilates. Lagree Fitness Method certification, Pure Barre certified, certified Yoga Teacher 500hr in Hot Yoga, 100hr in Vinyasa Yoga, 50 hrs in Yin Yoga.
WHAT TO EXPECT IN MY CLASS
You'll work hard, I'll give you options and variations, I'll correct your form but mostly, you're going to have fun and walk out feeling better than when you walked in.
HOW I GOT INTO FITNESS
I grew up as a competitive dancer and swimmer. While I was a dance major in college, I broke my leg during a rehearsal. The recovery process sparked a deep curiosity about the body and a desire to help others move safely, effectively, and sustainably.
FAVOURITE WAY TO SWEAT
Dancing first! Pilates, Lagree, Yoga, and whenever I can, swimming, surfing and snowboarding.
FUN FACT
I have a bull Terrier named Kobie, and she's my favourite animal in the world.
