Prepare to feel supported but challenged with intentional programming that has you feeling the burn in all the right places. My goal is to help you better connect with your working muscles and get the most out of your classes.
HOW I GOT INTO FITNESS
I have always felt happiest while moving. When I was younger, I competed in cross-country skiing and running and eventually became an avid group fitness junkie. Eventually, I decided to turn my passion into my purpose and began teaching Ride and Lagree. After having my daughter, I focused on healing my core through postnatal Pilates.

Strength training, Lagree/reformer Pilates, mat Pilates, Ride, and HIIT.
FUN FACT
Japan and South Africa are my top two bucket list travel destinations.
