WHAT TO EXPECT IN MY CLASS
I use intentional sequencing that forces you to remain truly present in the moment, focused on each breath and movement. I emphasize functional strength, flexibility, and mobility throughout my classes, so you leave feeling strong, uplifted, and connected.
HOW I GOT INTO FITNESS
I started playing hockey when I was two years old and was always into the off-ice training and conditioning aspect of the sport.
