Level 2 Certified Lagree Trainer, Bachelors of Science in Nursing from McMaster University

WHAT TO EXPECT IN MY CLASS

A thoughtful, balanced, and fun workout paired with a playlist that’ll push you through the tough moments! Expect a focus on form, tempo, and bringing that mind-muscle connection to every single rep so you leave class feeling strong, energized, and accomplished.

HOW I GOT INTO FITNESS

I’ve always loved being active, but I didn’t find a sport I truly connected with until I started lifting weights. That’s where my passion for strength training began, and over time it grew into a love for movement of many different forms.

FAVOURITE WAY TO SWEAT

Lagree and strength training primarily, but I also love to sprinkle in some pilates, yoga, dance, climbing, and anything else that calls to me in the moment.

FUN FACT

I’ve competed in bodybuilding (bikini division), which was a fun and rewarding experience that deepened my discipline and passion for lifting.

EDM, pop, R&B, and hip hop, but I love to add in anything with a strong beat that keeps you moving from start to finish.
