TEACHING STYLE

Form over everything! I try to bring you workouts that challenge you physically and mentally! I want you to leave my class feeling accomplished and ready to tackle the rest of your day!

HOW I GOT INTO FITNESS

I have been an athlete my entire life and played basketball nationally in high school. This work ethic has shaped my lifestyle. I pursued an education and career in Sciences but ultimately fitness has alway been my passion.

QUALIFICATIONS & ACCOMPLISHMENTS

I completed a BSN in Nursing, specializing in paediatrics. I practiced for the majority of my 20's before switching to hospitality management. Right before Covid hit, we closed our last restaurant and I decided to return to my roots in fitness. In 2018 I started with a certification in Lagree and since then I have added multiple certifications and specializations; including Pre/Post-natal training, an accredited cert in Personal Training with NASM and EMS specialization.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN MY CLASS

I incorporate my knowledge of the body and strength training into each and every routine I build. It's not just a workout for me. I want you to build excellent form and feel challenged during class all while listening to the best beats! When you finish a class with me you feel on top of the world and so proud of the effort YOU accomplished!

FAVOURITE WAY TO SWEAT

On the Mega of course! I am all about maximizing my time being a mom of 2 young kids...! I also love to jump in my EMS suit and finish a heavy strength workout in 20 minutes.

Fitness training is my third (and most favourite) career!
