Whether you're brand new to Lagree or a seasoned regular, I’ll motivate you, challenge you, and create a space where you’ll want to learn and grow. Each class is a chance to build more strength and confidence than the last.

HOW I GOT INTO FITNESS

I was a professional ballet dancer until I was 18 and a competitive track and soccer athlete. After injuries ended my dance journey, I found Lagree—and it gave me that same fire, discipline, and joy I missed. It became more than a workout; it became my passion.

FAVOURITE WAY TO SWEAT

Lagree (obviously) or hot Pilates—anything that brings the burn and the endorphins.

FUN FACT

I have a pacemaker.
