WHAT TO EXPECT IN MY CLASS

You can expect a thoughtfully curated playlist with house music and your favourite remixes. You’ll experience intentional movement to get you sweating and pushing past your limits. I’ll motivate you and help you get stronger than your excuses.

HOW I GOT INTO FITNESS

My mom was a Ride instructor, so I grew up attending her classes(and was always off-beat). Growing up in the fitness industry, I understand the importance of movement as medicine. I participated in a conference in Miami to get Ride and Group Fitness Certified in 2015; the rest was history!

FAVOURITE WAY TO SWEAT

You’ll find me on a spin bike (of course), on a Megaformer doing Lagree or out for a walk/hike!

FUN FACT

I’ve been skydiving and have been to almost 30 countries!
