Motivating and encouraging with a dose of bringing more fun and positivity to your everyday life. Always working to push you and achieve new PBRs, but also acknowledge that each day is different, so I encourage you to listen to your body.

Over the years, I have taken thousands of rides, HIIT classes, and yoga classes across Canada, the US, and worldwide!

HOW I GOT INTO FITNESS

My mom was a personal trainer, so I grew up in the gym. I found that fitness was the number one beneficial thing when dealing with my anxiety and stress. Fitness has brought me new friends and healthier habits in my life. This is the best job in the world.

I grew up in Orlando (hints as to why Disney songs may appear in my class), went to school at Florida State University, and lived in Shanghai, China, for a few years when I was 18.
